BIOGRAPHY

Honorebel Walker is the Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of SpaceTime Robotics, a San Francisco Bay Area–based engineering company developing autonomous surface vessels for subsea cable security and disaster response. He leads the team responsible for SCOUT, Subsea Cable Observation and Uncrewed Threat Detection, a full-service platform that provides real-time monitoring, AI-driven threat detection, and remote global operations.

Honorebel’s work strengthens the resilience of underwater communication networks and advances innovation in maritime autonomy and subsea infrastructure protection.
